Located between Fairfax City and Chantilly, the Greenbriar community is a lovely neighborhood to consider if you are in the market to purchase a home. The park has numerous areas for parking and features multiple athletic fields, as well as a baseball/softball area and public restrooms. The wide open spaces allow for all types of sports and other activities.

Located in the Greenbriar Community Center Pleasant Valley Preschool is a non-profit cooperative preschool that offers programs for 3-5 year olds. They have been a neighborhood landmark for over 25 years!

Greenbriar's 3,600-square-foot community center is available to rent for all your special occasions. The pool, which operates as a private club has its own activities and swim team!

Numerous events are planned and scheduled throughout the year with resident owners as well as the Greenbriar Community Civic Association. It should also be noted that there is no home owner’s association in this community. The residents choose involvement as a member of the Greenbriar Community Civic Association.
